Millos Kaiser is widely regarded as one of the most respected DJs and music researchers in the contemporary scene. His name is synonymous with digging — the art of unearthing obscure tracks and breathing new life into them. Frequently, his discoveries and edits end up in the sets of renowned DJs, cementing his reputation as a true tastemaker. With dynamic, eclectic sets, he has the ability to ignite any dance floor.
His wide-ranging record collection allows him to move seamlessly between luxury events — such as performances for Gucci and Louis Vuitton — exclusive private parties, major clubs, or underground venues around the globe. Millos has performed at leading festivals including Dekmantel, Nuits Sonores, Rock in Rio, DGTL, and Time Warp, among many other high-profile events worldwide.
Born in Rio de Janeiro and based in São Paulo since 2010, Millos began his musical journey as a teenager, playing in punk and emo bands. In São Paulo, he co-founded, alongside Trepanado, the duo and party Selvagem, a key force in Brazil’s street party movement and a pioneer in blending rare Brazilian music with electronic sounds — an approach that went on to influence an entire generation of artists.
Since 2018, Millos has pursued a solo career, highlighted by the acclaimed compilation Onda de Amor on the UK label Soundway Records, dedicated to obscure Brazilian electronic tracks. The release received international praise and led to regular tours across Europe, Australia, Japan, the US, Canada, and throughout Latin America.
He was the first Brazilian DJ to record a podcast for the influential platform Resident Advisor, with a set that has now surpassed nearly 200,000 plays. He also hosted the program A Voz do Brasil on London’s Worldwide FM for one year. More recently, he expanded into music production, releasing an EP of edits on the cult label L.I.E.S., the single Te Quero Perto on Australian label Planet Trip, and official remixes for Fernanda Abreu and Duda Beat. Since 2018, Millos has also been co-owner of Caracol, São Paulo’s first listening bar.Over the past decade, Millos Kaiser has earned a reputation as one of the most exciting selectors out there.
